Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SaunaSwim website and any pre-launch features we provide (such as waitlists, updates and enquiries). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

About SaunaSwim

SaunaSwim is building tools to help people discover sauna venues and wild swimming locations, save favourites, and track sessions. Some features may be “coming soon” or provided in beta during pre-launch.

Pre-launch access

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access on a specific date.
  • We may change or remove features before launch.
  • We may contact you about early access and product updates if you opt in.

Listings and information

We aim to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that venue information (pricing, opening times, facilities, safety notes, booking links) is complete or always up to date. Always check with the venue before travelling.

Health and safety

Sauna and wild swimming carry risks. SaunaSwim does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions (including assessing weather, water conditions, and your fitness/experience).

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
  • Do not submit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content via forms.
  • Do not scrape or copy substantial portions of the site without permission.

Intellectual property

The SaunaSwim name, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings or external links, or from interruptions to the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Third-party services

We may link to third-party sites (eg booking providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave SaunaSwim.
