Promoter
This competition is run by Sauna Swim (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sauna Swim, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
How to enter
To enter, participants must during the competition period:
- Like the competition post.
- Share the competition post as instructed in the post.
- Join the Sauna Swim waitlist using the link provided.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
Competition period
The competition opens on 9 March 2026 and closes at 9 April 2026 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The prize
One winner will receive one UK sauna session arranged by Sauna Swim, with a total prize value of up to £30, subject to venue participation and availability.
Sauna Swim will use reasonable efforts to secure a session at the winner's preferred UK sauna venue and preferred date. However, the prize is subject to partner agreement and booking availability.
If Sauna Swim cannot secure the winner's preferred sauna venue and/or date, Sauna Swim may offer:
- An alternative sauna venue.
- An alternative date/time.
- A reasonable equivalent prize of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered unless Sauna Swim, in its sole discretion, considers it necessary to provide a reasonable equivalent.
Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
Winner notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email using the details provided on the waitlist within 7 days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Sauna Swim reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize fulfilment
Sauna Swim will issue prize confirmation and begin prize arrangements within 30 days of winner confirmation. Actual booking date will depend on venue participation and availability.
Travel and additional costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, spending money, or any other personal expenses related to redeeming the prize.
Venue conditions
The winner and any guest must comply with the rules, policies, age restrictions, health and safety requirements, and booking conditions of the chosen or allocated sauna venue. Sauna Swim is not responsible for any refusal of entry arising from failure to comply with venue rules.
Cancellation / unavailability
If a venue cancels, becomes unavailable, ceases trading, or is otherwise unable to honour a booking, Sauna Swim reserves the right to substitute the prize with a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.
Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that Sauna Swim may announce their first name and Instagram handle on Sauna Swim's social media channels, unless the winner objects where permitted by law.
Data protection
Personal data supplied during this competition will be used for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Sauna Swim's privacy policy. Waitlist sign-up may also mean entrants receive Sauna Swim marketing communications, and they can unsubscribe at any time.
No endorsement by Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility connected with this promotion.
General
Sauna Swim reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Changes and withdrawal
Sauna Swim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but only where this is unavoidable and in a fair manner consistent with applicable rules.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
