Add a Listing
Follow these steps to get your sauna or wild swim spot listed on SaunaSwim.

Claim or submit your spot
Head to a listing page and click "Claim this listing" if your venue already exists on SaunaSwim. If it doesn't appear yet, use the "Add a venue" option from your dashboard. You'll be asked to confirm ownership — we'll review your request and approve it within 1–2 working days.

Fill in your listing details
Once approved, open the listing editor from your owner dashboard. Add your venue name, a description (aim for 100–300 words), and select the correct type — sauna, wild swim spot, or both. Make sure your location pin is accurate so users can find you on the map.

Add photos
Upload at least 3 photos to make your listing stand out. Use landscape shots of the water or sauna space, and avoid heavily filtered images. Photos must be JPG, PNG, or WebP and under 10 MB each. The first photo you upload becomes your hero image.

Set pricing and opening hours
Add your pricing information — whether that's a day pass, membership, or drop-in rate. Include your opening hours so visitors know when you're available. If hours vary seasonally, add a note in your description.

Go live — what happens next
When you're happy with your listing, click "Submit for review". Our team checks every listing before it appears publicly — this usually takes under 24 hours. You'll receive an email once it's live. After that, any edits you make go live immediately.
