About
Y Sawna is a mobile wood-fired sauna serving the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) and surrounding areas. Based in Talybont on Usk we’ve spent years enjoying the cold water and wild swimming spots around the National Park and started Y Sawna in 2023 after getting hooked on the benefits of sauna and cold water. We offer regular Sunday pop-up public sauna sessions at the Keeper’s pond, near Blaenavon. Seating up to 6 people the sauna is a great place to relax, recharge and reinvigorate with friends or meet new people. You can book a 55 minute session via this website. In addition to the pop-up sessions we are also available for private hire, bringing the sauna to your home, work event, holiday let, field, pond or festival.
