Suda Sauna is more than just heat and cold — it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to the rhythms of nature. Inspired by traditional Nordic sauna culture, our experiences are designed to restore balance in body and mind through contrast, presence, and community. Our first public community sauna site is now open at Sandy Lane Park, overlooking the River Dee and the Chester Meadows. The site offers a wood-fired sauna experience with cold immersion, space to gather around the fire, and everything needed to relax comfortably — whether you’re joining a community session, attending an event, or booking the site privately with friends. Our authentic, wood-fired mobile saunas are hand-crafted by ourselves and built to the highest international standards, informed by guidance from the Chief Technical Officer of the British Sauna Society. Alongside our sauna experiences, we also offer bespoke design, build, and consultation services for individuals or businesses looking to create their own authentic sauna.
