Oasis Sports Centre in Covent Garden puts you right in the heart of London with something special: a heated outdoor lido that's become a local secret. The 25-metre indoor pool sits at a comfortable 27 degrees and offers lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes, while the outdoor pool at 25 degrees gives you open-air swimming year-round. There's an outdoor sauna that's free with your swim during open hours. Our gym has cardio machines and free weights alongside a functional training zone for strength and conditioning. Studios offer yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle, boxfit and dance fitness, with strength and conditioning sessions too. The sun terrace upstairs is perfect for catching some rays after a swim, and we also have squash courts for anyone looking to mix things up.
