Largo Castaway Sauna
Sauna + Swim · Lower Largo · Scotland
About
Hi, we are Antonia and Steve Pettifer, locals from Lower Largo, having lived here for over 20 years (as well as growing up in Leven and Lundin Links). Over the past 5 years we have developed a passion for cold water therapy. Having been on trips to Iceland and Finland, Steve has seen first-hand how combining the heat of a sauna with cold water therapy can be extremely beneficial both physically and mentally. Our goal is to introduce this to the local community and create a social experience that enhances health and wellbeing.
